Whether you are running a business or just want to manage your work more easily, start using automated web services. You'll definitely love using Zapier or IFTTT.

How to automate your business?

Imagine that any two applications you normally use can work together without you manually interfering in the process. Zapier and IFTTT are services that connect different cloud solutions together. If they detect changes in one application, they will automatically process them in the other as well.

For example, an article you publish on your blog will automatically be added to Facebook, or if you like a photo, you will automatically save it to Dropbox. IFTTT(IF This Then That) means that if one happens, the other will automatically happen. If you add a photo via Instagram, you will immediately add it to Facebook.

Deny it and IFTTT differ in several ways, the main differences being in the user interface and the services offered. Both will allow you to create your own network of cloud services that communicate with each other and save you time.

What are the differences between Zapier and IFTTT and what do they have in common?

IFTTT is based on a simple interface and is free. It was designed to simplify complicated commands. Connecting two services is called a recipe.

Pages and apps on IFTTT are called channels, and there are currently 82 of them, such as Dropbox, Facebook, Gmail, Evernote, YouTube, and more. One big downside is that you can only link one account per channel, so if you have multiple Twitter accounts, you'll also need multiple IFTTT accounts.

You can use Zapier for free during the trial version. Later, you pay according to the number of integrated services and the frequency of communication between them. Zapier offers over 250 services such as Asana, Mailchimp, PayPal, Foursquare, WooCommerce, etc. The benefit is that Zapier can work with multiple accounts at once.

IFTTT has a very simple user interface and is free, but Zapier provides more services and applications. Thanks to the fact that it connects several accounts at once, you can see everything you need in one place.

We are making an API for our Sellio e-shop system so that it can communicate with web services such as IFTTT or Zapier. APIs access data in Sellio and connect individual services. When developing our products, we always look ahead and make work easier for ourselves and for you.
