Protection of personal data
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION TERMS
The company Vibration, s.r.o., with registered office: Račianska 7, Bratislava 83102, IČO: 46409157, as the operator (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") guarantees the safety and protection of entrusted personal data in full compliance with:
- Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")
- by law no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws as amended later.
1. COOKIES
When using the website, cookies (small files that ensure tracking of the user's activity on the website) may be stored on the electronic device with which the user accesses the website.
The user always has the option to express his consent or refuse the storage of cookies by setting his web browser (allowing or refusing the storage of cookies).
Types of cookies in case of consent
- Temporary cookies: they are automatically deleted when the user's internet browser is turned off.
- Long-term cookies: they remain in the internet browser even after the device is turned off. The user can delete them at any time, or they will be deleted automatically after a few weeks or months.
Purpose and validity of cookies
With his consent, the user allows the operator to use cookies for his own record or statistical purposes and for the purposes of targeted advertising of partners with whom he has concluded special agreements.
The user's consent lasts as long as the settings of his internet browser are preserved. By changing the settings or banning the use of cookies, the consent expires.
Important notice: In case of rejection of cookies, the operator cannot guarantee the full functionality of the website, in particular it does not guarantee the possibility of logging in to the members' section. The operator is not responsible for storing cookies on third-party websites.
2. WEBSITE SECURITY
The website uses an encrypted SSL connection for any user connection and data transfer. This makes it impossible for third parties to access the transmitted data during its transmission on the Internet and to modify it. The operator's databases containing personal data are protected by encryption and non-public access data in accordance with the most modern technical standards.
3. CONTACT DATA (Contact form)
The user can contact the operator and provide him with his personal data for the purpose of getting back in touch. Provision of personal data is voluntary.
Legal basis: The legitimate interest of the operator to contact the user and provide possible answers or advice.
Scope of processed data
- First and last name [required]
- Email address [required]
- Phone number [required]
- Company (workplace/employer) of the user
Purpose of processing: Contacting the user back.
Duration of processing: Personal data will be processed only for the necessary time during communication with the user.
Correctness: By voluntarily providing data, the user declares that the data provided is correct, true and up-to-date.
4. NEWSLETTER
The user's personal data may be provided when voluntarily registering to receive a newsletter or when voluntarily filling out a contact form associated with the selected content. Providing data is voluntary.
Legal basis: User consent to processing personal data to the extent necessary and sending marketing messages. Consent is the only legal basis for processing an e-mail address.
Purpose of processing: Enabling the subscription of the requested newsletter (information leaflet) by sending it to the contact addresses provided by the user, especially in electronic form.
Duration of consent: Consent becomes valid by checking the appropriate box in the online form and lasts for two years or until the consent is revoked by the user.
Correctness and obligations: The user declares that the data is correct and true, otherwise he is responsible for any damage. The user is obliged to notify the operator of any change in the provided personal data.
5. DATA TRANSFER AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Personal data of the user:
- They will not be published or provided to third parties,
- They will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union,
- They will not be the subject of automated decision-making that would have legal effects for the user or significantly affect him.
6. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
The rights of the user in connection with the protection of personal data are mainly governed by the provisions of Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR.
As a user, you have the right based on a written or e-mail request addressed to the operator (e-mail: info@vibration.sk) to demand:
- Confirmation and access: confirmation of whether or not personal data about you is being processed, access to them, information about them and their correction.
- Restriction of processing: especially if the data is incorrect.
- Deletion (Forgetting): especially if the purpose of their processing has expired or you have revoked your consent.
- Data portability: transfer of your personal data to another operator in a structured and machine-readable form.
Right to withdraw consent and objection
- At any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (with effect from the date of delivery of the notice), if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent.
- Object to processing for reasons related to your personal situation (if processing is not based on consent), or if you suspect illegal processing.
You also have the right to file a complaint or request to investigate the processing of your personal data to the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic (as a supervisory authority).
Notice: The rights of the user may be limited if such limitation results from a special regulation, their application would violate the protection of the user or the rights and freedoms of other affected persons would be violated.
