A UX audit is an expert review of an existing e-shop, website or app. We walk through the customer journey, find the points where people drop off or get lost, and propose specific improvements. It pays off before a redesign or when your traffic isn't turning into inquiries and orders.
It is an interactive design you can click through before any code is written. You can check the layout, content and customer journey, and changes stay cheap – they are made in the design, not in the code.
