Project manager’s statement
Our assignment was to reprogram an old system stuck on WordPresse into modern technology with an emphasis on automating internal processes. One of the modules was the printing of identification cards and asset labels. We were able to remove the outdated external system for print reports and replace it with a modern system that generates directly to the printers in PDF format.
The biggest challenge with projects like this is migrating the data directly on the fly from the old system to the new system, which we managed to do.
