Statement of the project manager
Our assignment was to reprogram the old system pasted on WordPress into modern technologies with an emphasis on the automation of internal company processes. One of the modules was the printing of identification cards and labels for marking property. We managed to remove the outdated external system for print assemblies and replace it with a modern generation directly to printers in PDF format.
In such projects, the biggest challenge is the migration of data directly while the old system is running to the new system, which we succeeded in doing.
